This project was completed to update the lounge area of the club and bring the switchboards up to compliance.
Works completed:
- Supply and installation of new main switch board to replace existing switchboard
- Supply and installation of new lounge switch board to replace existing switchboard
- Supply and installation of new false ceiling in lounge
- Supply and installation new lighting in lounge area
- Supply and installation of new circuits for lighting
- Supply and installation of new fans for lounge
- Relocation of existing circuits from tower switchboard to lounge switchboard
- Removal of tower switchboard
- Supply and installation of emergency lighting in lounge
- Repair of water damage to toilet ceiling
- Repainted bar canopy
Works were completed in a live site environment whilst the club was still open. Throughout the works, there were various stakeholders with differing needs, high public traffic areas and club staff we worked in conjunction with to deliver a successful and compliant project within tight timeframes.
