Reporting to the Project Manager, this role will provide you an excellent opportunity to showcase your organizational skills, communication and keen eye for detail on innovative fit-out projects. The upcoming projects have a number of beautiful, bespoke features and high-end finishes that you will be extremely proud to showcase on your CV.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Working closely with your project team
• Ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standard within the given time frame
• Best Building practices and procedures are adhered to at all times
• Ensuring correct OH&S procedure are adhered to at all times
• Effective and efficient communication with all parties involved in the project
• Paying keen attention to detail across the project from start to finish
ABOUT YOU:
• Several years’ experience with a commercial building company on projects valued $1M-$5M
• Ideally have a trade background
• A tertiary qualification would be a bonus
• Great knowledge and respect of OHS procedures
• Have excellent communication and organisational skills
• Experience in retail and commercial fit out preferable
• Local experience and extensive knowledge of the Melbourne Subcontractors market
• Enjoy interacting with people from all walks of life!
